ok i got a loud knock and i dont like it .my friend said it could be the rocker bridges or arms broke cuz he did the same but its not them... somone please help i dont k now what to do about this. i dont want to take it to a shop and pay 200 for them to looka t it

Take out your HLA's and bleed them via the FSM's protocol.

Or

While the engine is running, remove cyl. 1's injector harness, see if knocking goes away. If not, move to the next cylinder. If knocking goes away it's more than likely a rod bearing. If it doesn't go away it could be a rod bearing, piston slap, or the HLA's not being bled correctly.
