dont even do that. you just have to keep trying to twist it. i dont know why you are having so much trouble with yours. maybe it does have some sort of glue on the threading of it. i do recall some plastic-ey sort of thing on the threading on the stick, so it could be that you have glue on it.theoctopussi wrote:yeah, but I have a stick... yes it does effect the reverse lockout. it all depends on where the threading starts on the new shift knob, and how much of it extends downwards toward the lockout!mpbclutch33 wrote:I was wondering to if replacing the OEM shift knob affects the reverse lock out?
