KM vs. Miles gauge question

I have a redtop in an '89. My dash gauges are working fine after the swap, I have the JDM tach to switch out so that will work. My spedometer works, but since I am using the SR speed sensor is it reading in KM? Just trying to decide if I should use the complete JDM cluster or just use the tach.

It will read it KM/H. Just use the tach or modify the speedo to read MPH. http://www.zeroyon.com/index/content/view/20/47/
