its here, a week and a half late but its here...........THE PROBLEM is that the exhaust shop I went to today didn't have the flanges to make my DP so now I have to wait till lait next week to get out to daytona so I can pick one up or get it made but then again I might turn in the 3 turbos that I have for cores and just buy a new t3/t4 but don't know yet?? so by next weekend I will be boosting with my new KA-T

what kit? my jgs kit will be here the 11th. it comes with a dp so no welding for me

turbo kit......ft mnt intercooler, mani, two porche k26 n k27 turbo (tile) wg, and APEXI bov, I got the fp, SAFC, oil lines in last week.. Florida240 provided the injectors and a pre tapped oil pan so Ive got everything but the GD! down pipe

Hope those aren't the leaking injectors that gave him some trouble....

Just kiddin, I'm sure everything's straight....I can feel your pain having to wait for the damn shops to open...

And I'm curious to see what you're doing with two turbos....

NO! only running a single turbo...... I acctually have three turbos the k26, k27, and a lil T3 I picked up out of a SAAB........... I'm going to see how much I can get for cores and just a new T3/T4, or just use the K27 and turn in the other 2.......cause both of them are shot and I dont feel like getting them rebuilt.

i would get rid of the three junkers and get something you know will last. i picked up my freshly rebuilt t3/t4 off of here for 350.

I'm sure you know this but for anyone who doesn't:

The JGS Kit requires use of an sr20 downpipe (as do many other kits). Also The JGS "KIT" is a starter package as he puts it. it leaves you to get fuel management and and IC.

They only thing is that Im sort on the cash so I need to see If I can at least get something for the other three and work from there. I would like to get a T3/T4 but its going to take some time and Im a "craving 4 boost" and I want it all in there as soon as possible

and as in most cases, thats where shlts bound to hit the fan. take it easy and do it right only once. i can already see a 'whats wrong with X' thread coming up.

I have his parts in my garage.Without my help he won't be able to do it. I'm making keep $300 on the side in case his motor pops. So many little things that could go wrong. Even not related to turbo itself but it gets multiplied by it.
