Those wheels are freaking fantastic. Kevin is going to tell you to drop it an inch or two. Listen to him.

We need some daylight to better see how great those wheels look .

Hard to tell about the kit (we've seen daylight pics of the wheels unmounted), but I'm interested in seeing it better.

Holy hot Q, Batman. Those wheels are absolutely stunning. (Note the spelling, I said "stunning", meaning gorgeous, not "stunnin'", meaning ghetto)

I already know what Dennis has for suspension, but I'll let him chime in.

It really cracks me up that some people on forums have actually asked if my Q was "stock" suspension, when you see how insanely high they are stock.

It's looking great, damn man, it's going to be so hot when you finish it.

Dennis, are you going to fill it in and sand it down so it looks more like part of the car instead of stuck on???

it looks good just could be cleaned up a little...

Nice car! Does it look like it has an emblem? I like to put one on for more status.

Nothing on this car will be molded. It is my everyday driver and molding a kit is a waste IMO .

This kit needed a good amount of work to fit on the US spec Y33's. I had to take off both styrofoam bumper supports, cut off about 4" from rear bumper, tweak exhaust, enlarge holes for bumper clips...that's all I can think of right now.

One side skirt is off and the other is not bad. The side panels need a little more work. The 3M adhesive is not sticking properly to the side panels. I have to make the bottom of the side panels thicker to make for a better fitment.

Airrunners should be on by this weekend.

Thanks for the compliments guys!!!

Well according to Shin, ACC Co., they never released the Cima V8 kit due to design flaws. The serial numbers on these bad boys are 0001.

Oh, did I mention they arrived yesterday?

These things are amazing. The craftmanship and overall quality is amazing. The front use bellows style struts and rear are sleeve struts. And the valves are mechanical, not solenoid. The installation should be easy. The kit comes with everything; zip ties, plumbers tape, hose cutter, electrical connectors, etc.

antbo, do you have any installation tips? I will most definitely take pics of the front. Not gonna start on this 'till Sat. Don't know if I can get it done in one day cuz I have to work in the afternoon.

tips? mmmm....not really. you should go to the vipstylecars forums and look for AFLS430. he did my setup. a shop out here in san diego called "autofashion". everytime i go visit them, theyre always installing air runner in someones car. you can also call...check'em out here http://www.autofashionusa.com. they'll for sure give you some good tips.

Damn this suspension is a pain in the ***. We're still working on it. The GS was a piece of cake compared to this **** . It started storming late afternoon yesterday so we stopped everything (not a lof of houses in Hawaii have garages). We should finish up today, weather permitting.

i thought it would be hard. especially the front with the spindles. i was at the VIP auto fashion show on saturday with shin. spoke to him about the air runner for my ride. told me he'll be getting another kit in feb or march. im thinkin of getting it, but i wanns see yours first . good luck with wrapping stuff up. hope to see it done soon

Yes, the spindle was one of the problems. It's amazing how creative you can get with 4-5 green bottles

It's nice and sunny today so we should be done by 3 pm at the latest.
