its safe dude, as long as she doesn't use her teeth (unless you like that sort of thing. Besides modern day braces aren't the jagged pieces of metal they were back in the day, if she gets the invisiline set up its like a clear mouth pieces that readjusts the mouth. No back in the day when I had braces (for 10 long effing years) I started out with the jagged metal rings they cemented into your mouth and then by the end of it I had the tiny ones they glue to the front of your teeth...and trust me I still ate more than my fair share of p**** in HS with the braces on and got absolutely no complaints.
