I just found the following Kinetix manifold:

It looks AWESOME! I would love to get it. However, it's not cheap and I already have the Motordyne MREV 2 manifold + Spacer kit... is it worth it? I'd throw away the Motordyne stuff and I'm not looking at getting rid of it pretty soon (not a lot of people to sell it to in Europe)... so? Does it get me more whp than the motordyne MREV2+spacer? I can't buy it on engine bay looks alone.

Help!

Thanks.

its always been good (proven) and has been altered recently to be even better... Better gains for F/I applications. I honestly would buy it until after F/I unless you plan on F/I for sure. N/A the gains are mild and probably hardly noticeable. But it is gorgeous. Who's to say you can't sell what you already have?... we do have a classified section - Follow the rules tho.

I've heard numerous accounts that the car actually ended up losing power with the ssv.

Have a few of the Cosworth in stock if anyone is interested. $1050.00 shipped.

As for the SSV I hear the new one makes 30whp but that is at like 6800 rpm. At 5400 rpm only made 9whp. Basically no tq is being made. I'm waiting on more dyno graphs to be produced by customers.

Thats around the same price my local shop quoted me. I'm piecing together a VQ to swap into my s13 and this mani is super-tempting. I'm still looking for dyno charts, myself though...

Sheesh, the SSV is so hawt but if the gains are minimal I might just go with the MREV2 and spacer combo since I don't think I'll be going FI anytime soon.

We have done plenty of tests with the Cosworth manifold on both FI and NA setups with dyno charts available. Shoot me an email if you want additional details.

the mrev with the spacer is about equal to the spacer alone, and yes the ssv flows better
