im sorry if this has already been asked! couldnt find anything about it unless i looked passed it!

i just put a turbo kit on my 89 240sx with a swap from a 92...always ran GREAT! but now that ui have the turbo on it...i can take off with tons of power but a bit after 3000rpm it backfires and loses power ALOT!!!!im runing about 10psi its a EBAY turbo kit..the kit is awsum...but..the MAIN question is...do i put the MAF on the turbo inlet.ortied in with the cold side(throtle body)???again im sorry if this was already asked! please help anyone!

um how did you tune it? did you even tune it? the mass air flow sensor needs to be able to read the air flow going into the intake manifold. i never knew anyone that can install a turbo setup but didnt know what a mafs was. please tell me you didnt just slap on an ebay turbo and didnt do anything else...... btw you might wanna have this thread moved to the ka-t section

i know what a MAFS is...just dont know if i should put in on the cold pipe side or right off of the turbo inlet....i didnt JUST SLAP the kit on and go...its got a stock ecu and stock motor...im still tuning it...finaly got it to run a little more rich instead of lean... thats the only problem im having...(a buddy of mine has a shop where i get all my cars tuned and dynoed)
