kill switch

I'm trying to install a kill switch on my 1990 240sx and I'm stuck. It only seemes to work with the alternator disconnected, but I thought I have interuped all the wires. Does anyone have any advice on what I'm missing.

actually i was also wondering on how to install a fuel pump kill swith on my coupe so if anyone could help us both

I just interrupted the wire that goes from ignition to starter. it can still be push started but crooks are lazy and stupid.
