Kill story me against F150, I lost.

early yesterday around 10:30am next to the supra im working on for someone



about 5:45pm turning left into a neighborhood on 4 lane road. opposite way had two cars turning left blocking my view. perfect timing that a f150 was coming in the other lane and i cautiously took my left turn to be hit



this morning where they towed it before picking it up to take to my uncles shop



radiator might be ok, meth tank is messed up, msd might be ok, FMIC is wavy. pretty much everything else looks good



strut tower is bent in



f150's bumper pushed in, grill cracked, and radiator is leaking.



im not all that upset. it sucks but i always look at the positive side of things and beleive there is a reason for everything. if there was a second or less different this wouldnt have happened, but if it didnt then possibly could have went out racing this weekend and might have killed myself.

i have talked for a while about going back to a stock body car, heres my chance and to redo things bigger and better now that more experience

i might swap everything into my s14 parts car and throw a stock/s15/kouki front on it or just find a clean running 240

****ty, but now as you said you have a chance to make things even better.

as for the motor before you throw it in a different car i would pull the timing cover and check everything.i had a car that a customer swapped a motor in from a wreck and blew it 2 days later bent vavles and all. i know its a timing change but still better safe then sorry.

geez..............i guess even with all the power u have, some things are just simply unavoidable. as said before, good to see u walked away from it. man i loved ur car. im sure the next one will be better but im sure this one had that little spot inside of ya. good luck with the next project and i think that intercooler is toast.

haha fiz, it was tossed about 10 feet from the car. guess what tho its hardly scraped, maybe that will be what i hang on my wall to always remember my car. seemed that spoiler got the most attention.

i got a few different options to go with.

s14 shell and swap drivetrain, interior over and get a front end for it

my s13 shell prolly put a s13 silvia face on it and maybe put that z32 TT auto trans sitting around to use

or a couple s14's for sale here and there

u can just reweld the front end of ur parts car from strut towers on (front clip), that is if u have frame machine to have it all align properly ... and a good welder. (...or order s15 front clip sell the sr20 \and use frame/body parts to fix urs up)but swapping shiet over to parts car may be easier
