Well son got the chance for a couple free pulls.

We had the nistune installed a few months ago with the addiction of 3 AEM gauges. Tru-boost, Water Temp and Air/fuel. Haven't taken the time to mess with the tuning but wanted a base to see where we are at.

Both pulls netted 245hp 250 torque to the rear wheels! Not bad. Car was set at 11 psi boost. Motor is a S15 notch top. Only changes are Z32 maf and 3 inch straight out exhaust with no Cats.

Car is really rich. So now we are going to mess with the tune.

Any advice from those that have messed with tuning would be appreciated.

Personally, I'd take it to a reputable tuner, but the Nistune website have a lot of helpful info. That's where I was at a lot, until I decided to go with the Apex'i PFC. Nice numbers for a fairly stock motor btw. What type of dyno?

Yeah the shop said they would tune it for him. We will probably take it to them to do that.

He went to Seabring today with the guys from the shop. Getting to ride in the BMW M3 race car. He is stoked.
