Hi, new to this site, and hope someone can help. I have a 2001 QX4 and replaced the tail lights with LED's. So, hyperflashing now. I purchased a relay to correct that, but am stuck. I finally found out the relay is behind the fuse box near the steering column. So, need to remove the panel below that, and need to remove the kick panel next to the hood release to be able to access the screw for that panel. Does anyone know after removing the bolt/screw that is obvious at the bottom, there is something holding the panel in place and how to remove it? I tried pulling thinking it was a clip, but did not want to break it. Does is have to be moved up/down/left/right? If I am reading my info correctly, if I get that panel off, I can take off the panel below the steer column, and get to the turn signal relay behind the fuse box next to the hood pull release. Any help would be greatly appreciated as to save me time and money having it done by a shop.
