I just did this delete by using a writeup i found online. But im assuming i should have thought this over a little better. If my I-key dies, how do i get in? In the other write up it says that its not a problem if it happens but..ummm...it is....

Nevermind, i read up, like i should have...i forgot about the warning on the dash /:

Not so sure the warning on the dash is going to do it for you. The last several car batteries I have had all failed instantly and catastrophically without warning.

This is an even bigger problem for the 370Z coupe because the door windows automatically extend up into the roof when you close the door and pop down a little bit so the door can be opened (requiring battery juice) when the door handle is pulled. There is a warning in the Z manual to make sure you roll down a window before disconnecting the battery. I don't think Nissan thought this all the way through.

But, on the bright side, you're no worse off than if you'd bought a Z.
