Key won't turn in ignition

My car is a Nissan Sentra 2011. Yesterday evening I accidentally left my ceiling light on and then today at 12pm the car wouldn't start when I put in my key. The ignition is in the locked 0 position and the key won't turn at all. Someone tried giving me a jump for 10-15 minutes but the key still wouldn't turn. My headlights did come on after jump but key stayed locked in 0 position! Is there an unlock ignition button or reset button somewhere?

Have you tried jerking the steering wheel back and forth? I've had this issue on other vehicles before.
