Key system waring light

I have a 2011 M37. Ever since i replaced the battery on the vehicle the key system warning light turns on. I tried changing the battery in the FOB but still does the same thing. The vehicle does start. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I have the same year/model with the same issue. Did you ever track down what the problem was?
