Key stuck in intelligent key port

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Hi,
I have inserted the key into intelligent key port and it is stuck
Anyone has any tip on how to get it out?

never heard of that one. pull hard?? is it still stuck?

It happens to me once in awhile. Just move the part that sticks out and grab it with tour nails or long nose pliers.
