key stuck in door

When I tried to unlock the car (alarm was turned off) the key got stuck in the 'unlock' position. It cannot be moved at all in any direction and I can't open the door although central locking still works on all other doors when I turn it on inside the cabin.Now I have only access to the car via the passenger door with the help of the spare key.Is it possible to remove the door panel with the door shut ? Or is there another solution ?
