Key reprogramming issue

I wonder if someone had similar issue here.

Lost one switchblade key from my Nissan Rogue 2015. Wanted to make a smart move and buy used one from Ebay.
Everything worked fine until dealership. Dealership was able to cut a new blade but can't reprogram it.

ps. checked FCC ID before buying of course

Nissan Smart Keys can only be programmed once and will marry to vehicle. If you get a used one, there is a website that will take it and erase the chip inside.
