Key Programming - "Nissan" branded model/same FCC ID?

Ordered a key from vendor on ebay, was listed as Infiniti branded key, same FCC ID/Model # for my 09 M35, but i got a nissan branded key instead.

The FCC ID is exactly the same as my key, the model number is only slightly different. I would seem that this should still work right? Need to either send the key back and get Mt Fuji brand or get $10 refund and keep the Nissan model.

What do you guys think?

you can always asked the stealership to see if they can actually program it or not, then i would ask questions about refunds or returns. Don't you still have to go to the stealership to get it programmed anyway? Not sure if there was a possible way for us customers to do it ourselves. If so I am missing out as i have 3 spare keys that need to be programmed. 2 From my 08 m35 that got tottalled
