yeah, pretty much what the title says. now this is not my s13 this is happening on, its a buddies. however im stumped on this and was wondering if the almighty nicoclub could conjure up some answers. all of the wiring looks fine, the only thing i can think of is his apexi turbo timer may have something to do with it. once you connect the battery, nothing has power until you turn the key (just to the accessory switch, car doesnt run atm) but once you turn the key back and remove it the timer does its countdown as if the car were running but then resets back up to the preset time, radio cuts off, etc but you can still roll the windows down and stuff. anybody ever heard of this problem before?

I hate to say it but Turbo timers, alarms etc have a life span of about 2-5 years and then start to fail. IMHO I think its the way its wired, I would download the wiring schematics and double check to see how its wired. If its hooked up right I would say its bad.
