I was visting a friend at his shop and just for kicks put my car up on a lift while i was there. Once i got the Z up in the air i noticed a rectangular case attached to the bottom of the cars frame underneath the area of the driver side seat. The case read key hider i opened it up and found my self a pretty much brand new lookin spare key lol. It seems like it hadnt been opened in years even took me a good few minutes to get it open.

Was just wondering if this was like a factory thing or was it customely installed.

yeah I see those "key hiders" like everywhere I go. But I definitly agree with the pocket being the best key hider. Im supprised you couldnt hear the key bouncing around in there.

my father used to hide a key like that in all his cars, I personally just make an effort to not lock myself out
