the ignition key should be the same as the doors and hatch, if not, remove the lock cylinders and take them to your local locksmith, they can rekey the locks to match your key
the question is why does the one key not work everything? has the ignition cylinder been changed by someone not smart enough to have it keyed to match the doors? has the door(s) been changed by someone not smart enough to swap over the lock cylinders?
on some cars you can have a key cut form the vin, on others you need the key id number, a locksmith can tell you where the key code if applicable is located on your car, you can then have a master cut, then figure out what doesn't work with the correct key and have only those cylinders rekeyed, this is what I'd do
also it's possible that one or more cylinders is just worn out at a differetn rate then your key, this is why it's a good idea to have a master cut
my locksmith charges abotu $20 to cut a master and about $10 each cylinder to rekey, this assumes you take the cylinder off and take it to them, for them to come to you it's a minimun $60 and if you take it to them and they have to take the cylinder out expect at least a $60 charge
