Anyone have any experience with this item? The reviews are great but I'm skeptical of the audio quality through an FM modulator. Its really my only option if i want to retain the stock H/U. Let me know what your opinions are. Thanks

This is what you want. I got it for my car. Not only does it hook directly up to your HU through your factory CD changer input, but it charges your ipod, allows you to use your steering wheel controls to change songs on your ipod and allows you to hook up an additional accessory using rca's. THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED!!!

I thought you had an I30 from your profile....yeah that sucks then!!! I would go with the JL one instead of kenwood. JL makes better quality stuff.

I wussed out and just switched out an old i30 head unit. FM modulators scare me.
