When I bought my 240 it already had Kei Office installed and It's great on FLAT roads but man, the back of my car will bounce violently when driving over the smallest bumps in the road.

I was just wondering is there any way I can adjust them?

Also the tires on my car right now are 215/40R17's front and back. When I got the car, the rear tires were wider. Well eventually this guy at "Tires Plus" convinced me to put the same size tires on the back as the front, so I can rotate them... Anyway I liked how the wider tires in the back felt much better and it's time for some new ones. How wide should I go? How wide can I go?

Also money is very low right now and my front tires are good. I live in Florida and it's rainy season so hydroplaning is a big problem for me. Should I rotate the front tires to the rear and the bald to the front until I get new ones?

There should be dampening adjustment on top of the coilover. Either a knob or a place to put a hex key to adjust it. It is righty tighty lefty loosey I think. Just soften up the front and rear to max for daily driving if you don't like it.

Tire width depends on rim width. Assuming your rims are all the same size (since the guy at Tire Rack had you mount the same size tires on all rims) you could probably go +2 front and back or just back if you want. + size = add a size for width and subtract a size for profile. In your case, +1 = 225/35/17 and +2 = 235/30/17. However, in addition to tire size, you should consider tire quality. I imagine the tires your car came with were pretty good and the tires you bought from tire rack, not so good. That is probably why you notice so much. Tires are extremely important.

I'd put the tread up front and bald in the rear. Basically, it probably won't make a different since your tires are so shot but, tread in the front allows you to steer more, tread in the rear keeps your tail from sliding out. Both important things, just don't drive too fast.
