I am new to forums, and I just recentely purchases a 2006 Altima, Silver on Black 2.5...I just wanted to get some opinions on How to keep the exterior plastics and interior plastics moist and unfaded or even cracking in the near future. ex: I need some products to put on dash and etc. I heard armoral will just fade the plastics original color over time.

And besides oil changes every 3k miles, What maitnences should I perform on my engine and how often.?

Thank you.

Anything with Teflon protector in it is good. Something from Dupont.

Window tint will also help protect your interior. Wouldn't hurt to use a sunshade for your windshield too.

For the engine, I'm using synthetic oil, as I'm sure a good number of members are also. This is my first new car so I'm trying to treat it right. Other than than, just going to go by the recommended fluid changes, maintenance, etc. Also gonna treat the leather soon...

Look for something with UV protectants. I really like this stuff.
