First of all, I absolutely love my wheels.

15" Infiniti piepan style, with 15 spokes. The only thing better is Wes's 94 Q, with chrome piepans. Theyre durable, and shine nicely when they're clean, which brings me to my dilemma.

Perhaps its the low-end brake pads I use, but I cant seem to keep these wheels clean for more than 2 days. Is there a wheel protectant that would prevent brake dust from sticking, or make it so I can just hose off the dust?

Thanks-Jesda

Don't brake. That way you never have brake dust. I mean what are bumbers for? To help you stop that's what they're for. See, all it takes is a little logic to solve all your problems.

Or a little NuFinisih.....

I put NuFinish on the CPP (chrome pie pans) and it makes it much better... If you can get the little slots really cleanyou can put some more inside there, for easy rinsing.....

Or just buy some good pads. The EBC stuff are good, will help with the braking considerably, Last longer, and cut out most of your brake dust.

Just thoroughly clean and them wax them (standard car polish stuff). Then a simple hose off is all that is needed to get rid of the brake dust.

In my cars, applying the 5 Star Shine and Zaino to the rims also provided the same result ...

This may be a bit of topic, but I thought dusty pads were better performing 9Not necessarily longer lasting) pads??

The less dusting pads tend to "eat" rotors...

EBC Green Stuff pads, like some said above I have them and they are almost dust free. Also http://www.tirerack.com sells them at a good price.

i use the raybestos QS, and satisfied pro ceramic pads [black and gold box].

no noise, no dust, and there not that hard on the rotors.
