keep blowing turn signal fuses...

Maybe one of you guys can help me with a problem...

I have a 99' Infiniti I30t, and last night at one point while I was driving I noticed I didn't have any signal lights, green arrows not flashing etc. I tried the hazards and they flashed along with the green arrows on the dash. So this morning I check the signal fuse, and low and behold it was blown, so I changed it with the spare fuse, and I went about my day it was fine, I go to use my signals tonight, same problem.

So what seems to be the problem? Is this a common problem with the I30s?
