Kat wont rev pops lots of Rich smoke

KAT gt28 turbo, emance tune, 100% new everything. Idles fine when I get on the gas at all it pops and misses. I just put in new plugs ran a bit better but still junk. N62 MAF 12" from turbo inlet. 255 pump, 35psi.

Thoughts?
