Hey Guys!

I finally have the money to start up my Ka-turbo! My questions are:

I will be running a t25 Turbo, at maybe...15ish psi? I was wondering how much a t25 can push in psi. If I where to get 15-17 psi out of it...what injectors would match the boost?

What is all needed (tunning) to turbo my Ka24de.

So far I am getting:t25 turboFMICturbo timmerManaul boost controllerPippingTurbo elbosInjectors (size I dont know)manifold form ebay.Boost gaugeoil linesMaf (not to sure about this too)

If I am missing anything please let me know. This Friday, I plan on getting all this. FINAALLLLYYY

Plans are for 14-20 psi, 300ish Horsepower. If a t25 can push that .

you need something to control fuel like an safc or emanage, and a bigger fuel pump like a walbro. probably can go with 450cc injectors. also you need some tuning after you get everything on. what about a blow off valve?

I doubt you will get that much boost out of the t25. You might be able to with the front mount, but it will probably be way out of its efficiency range. Im not too sure what kinda numbers people put down with the t25's, but im betting most aren't over 250-260ish. If thats the case then you could go with some 370cc injectors and probably keep your stock MAFS. This, however, will only support this setup. If you got a bigger turbo later you would have to upgrade everything. And you still need something to tune with like scotttak said. A wideband o2sensor too if you are planning on tuning yourself.

either buy yourself a wideband o2 sensor so you can tune the emanage or whatever computer youre gonna get or take it to a dyno.
