I've been looking at all the catch can setups you guys are posting. And I've just been contemplating about it for when I go KA-T.

Is the proper way supposed to be between the PVC line that comes from the front of the intake manifold, and the cold pipe?

Or in between the V/C to after the MAF?

Or filter both of them?

Wow, I've never been to this area before! I'm honored to have been the first example here ... HOWEVER ... the links have all changed. The new CarDomain link is http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3828985. I'm still working on converting it from the previous one to which I forgot the login and my email changed, so CarDomain wouldn't assist. No biggie ... there's always a work around!

YOUR CAR IS GORGEOUS!!! BUT GAY RIMS... HATE CHROME AND OTHER SHINY RIMS... LOL2 question: 1st How did you make that heat shield around the hot side of the turbo?2nd why would you have a bypass valve and BOV together?

Technically, the lips are not chrome ... polished aluminum! Better? Regarding the valves, it was a personal preference when we built the system to have one on the cold and one on the hot side to further reduce compressor surge at given intervals. When tuned together properly, it's very efficient. Sometimes they work in tandem; other times they release separately. And as for the shield, it was simply some high-temp semi-rigid heat shield material with wire to hold it in place.
