i know i`ve seen some parts list for the going kat and the thread about going kat, i`d just like advice for a certain set up.

i`m looking for about 400-450 whp on pump gas with about 15-18 psi

i have to rebuild my motor so i was wondering what i should upgrade since its going to be a dd.no i dont want to do a major budget but if there is a way to do it cheaper without a huge quilty loss would be great.

this is what i was thinkingforged pistons eagle rodscamsgt35 turboidk what kind of injectors

please any info about a complete set up of list on parts that would be great

and for the price of everything, would it be cheaper easier or better to just do a 1jz or something when i can get the complete motor and transmission for 1800-2000 bucks?

From my perspective and things i've learned from reading here and helping some friends..I've learned that is not just about slapping a turbo and call it a day.

I see you haven't talked about studs, for instance and gaskets..

I hope it helps you... Now what would be better then what? Depends on your abilities or money you have to tune it i guess?

Note that this list is still missing the main bearings, and lower and some other gaskets..

Did i also mentioned some better titanium valves? Valve seats, springs ..

And the cost from the machine shop.. Port and polish?

Injectors i guess the 72lbs? Or if you are willing to go with a aftermarket fuel rail..

thats alot of info, thank you for your time and help.i was just seeing if the 400-450 goal would be easier to get and cheaper if i went 1jz.

but over all i called around and in sac i found a shop that had a drop out ls1 and t56 transmission.i got it for 2675 only has 50k and a warranty so i figured why not. let go with the ls1.
