Car: 1993 Nissan 240sx

I'm looking to build a kat within the range of 300 ta 400 hp.
I'm looking to:

*Balance the crank
*forged rods
*forged pistons
*Head gasket
*what should be done to the head?
*Light weight flywheel
*stage 2 clutch or possibly stage 3
*under drive pulleys
* maybe s13 s14 hybrid turbo?
*FMIC

if anyone has suggestions please let me know.
