I spent about an hour searching around for a solution to my particular problem but haven't come up with anything yet.
I recently finished swapping a KADE into my '90 s13 chassis. Everything was put back together, all of the wiring in place until we got to the start / alternator / transmission harness. One of the plugs on the dual cam harness doesn't match up to the single cam relay box. The female plug has 4 wires going to it, and the only left over plug on the dual cam harness has 2 wires - none of the wires are the same color, so splicing it won't work.
If you're able to look at the relay box - looking at it from the passenger side fender, it's the one plug at the bottom of the relay box on the end facing the rear of the car.
I'm not entirely sure if that's why the car won't start, and won't even turn over. The start does turn over if you jump the solenoid with a screwdriver though, and the starter relay clicks when you turn the key - so I'm sure the problem lies within that wiring somewhere.
So for all you electrical experts that know more than I do, is there something we missed over when we got the parts together, or didn't do something right?
Sorry for the long post, sometimes it seems like I end up writing way much more than I intended to. I blame that on my english teacher.
