I have a 1990 s13 5 speed when you rev it up how far advanced should the timing go when its revved up?

mine does the same thing..(89)..but my friends 90 advances under thottle..dont kno how much..but his is faster..i tried..Maf-tps-used injectors-and old o2-new wires and plugs-i have headers tho and engine less than 4k on rebuit ka24e.but runs hella rich..oil smells like gas in a few weeks...maybe ecu or wiring?..all injectors runing rich..
