See? you gotta mention these things so the people more experienced with KA-T troubleshooting can help you.

Although you should be running a wideband just as insurance to not pop your motor it can greatly help the tuning.Hopefully 480sx can get a better idea of your situation now.

Your really lucky that your not able to go into boost for whatever reason, because your asking for a blown motor. Are you SURE you never were able to go into boost? Because if you did theres a good chance your motors blown. I would do a compression check before you bother with anything else.

Man i dont even know where to start. Idling at 1350 is high, but not terrible. Probably have a vacuum leak. You might also try adjusting your IACV screw in and see if you can get it back down to about 1000 or so. If you just slapped in a set of 370cc injectors yea.. Its gona spit fuel out the exhaust.. Adjust your SAFC for -30 all the way across the board and go from there. Also change your oil asap.

Your smoking issue can be a few different things, and you really havnt given us enough information for us to help you. Answer some of our Q's and get back to us.
