KADE Valve Cover Bolts Won't Come Out

2 of the 3 center bolts on the valve cover would turn but they won't come out. I grind the bolt heads down so that I can get the cover off. But I still can't work the protruding studs loose.

Any advice?

vise grips.clamp em on, turn and pull up at the same time.
