My car hasnt been starting. Fuel pump is good and getting fuel to the rail. All cylinders are getting spark and I checked the timing and its good (Im not 100% on the dizzy though, I cant get it exactly right)

So I did a compression test and the results are as follows:
#1 130
#2 45
#3 145
#4 150

So I did a wet test on the #2 (low) cylinder and it came up to about 160 psi, so I assume its the piston ring. SO my question is would this keep my car from turning over?

Also, my #3 cylinder has substantial oil on the spark plug, and the other 3 have minimal amounts of oil.

the combination of the low cr and dizzy out of time will definitly couse that issue...it allso sounds like she is way overdue anyways for a few gasket changes..its time to rebuild ban..big time..good luck

Have you tried starting it with starting fluid? It's possible that enough oil is getting on the plugs to foul them. It certainly is time for a rebuild or an engine swap depending on what way you want to go.
