KADE developed problem, please help!

posting to try and figure out the problem that my motor developed out of the blue. Originally my injector went bad so i was driving on 3 cylinders for about 40-50 mins total today. I replaced the injector and BAM no start. Originally it sounded like the starter was going bad so i went ahead and replaced that. No change. Now im in the hunt for answers. PLEASE HELP!

-The motor as you can see cranks a little then a sudden stop, the we crank it and again it stops. sounds like a bottom end issue. just lookin for reassurance on this. thanks in advance for all your insight and advice.

are you sure the starter is aligned properly or operating properly?

sounds like its binding up. possably it may be miss aligned or the gear that engages on the flywheel is not kicking back once you let off the ignition.

just some thoughts.

i drove my 240 157 miles on 3 cylinders with no problems other then the obvious lack of power.

ok so i took off the valve cover and took out the spark plugs to see if i could see or hear anything. well turns out the bad injector was pushing so much fuel in the #1 cylinder it may have vapor locked itself....makes total sense. so with the spark plugs out and the fuel pump fuse out i cranked the engine and suddendly about 1/2 a quart of fuel shot out of cylinder #1. so me and my dad decided just to let the engine sit w/out the spark plugs in overnight and all day today, so hopefully all that extra fuel dries. if not i may have to either start a teardown of my engine or try to source a new one.

why not just suck the fuel out of the cylinder and replace the fuel injector and ty agian?

because there is fuel everywhere in my engine right now, its fully contaminated all the oil. now its leaking from the rear main seal, so most likely i will end up pulling the engine and either fixing the problems that are occurring and throwin it back in there, rebuild the entire thing, or buy a junkyard one for now
