I recently pulled my engine and stuck a new oil pan and lightweight flywheel on, stuck it back in and have been plagued with electrical issues since.

At the moment there is ignition to all 4, air to all 4, timing is correct, and injectors seem to be all clicking, but it only runs on two(1 and 4) cylinders. We've checked continuity from pin 103 to cylinder #3 and pin 110 to cylinder #2, and further, with now apparent issues. We also checked ecu backup power for continuity, and it was fine.

Also, the ecu works in another car, and fuel rails/injectors have been swapped, as have spark plugs.

My friend and I are at this point are at a loss, if you have any experience with something similar, please, let us know.

if the injectors were swapped and the same two are still malfunctioning, i would have to say either the injectors you used are bad as well or the harness is the source of your problems.

you ruled out ecu and pretty much everything else...

I dug into the harness just to visually check the injector wiring, all seems fine, as was previously indicated by testing for continuity. :/

Im stumped, but ill keep at it.

check for voltage and voltage drop. also pull out the spark plugs and crank the motor. you should have fuel shooting up through thr spark plug hole.
