Ok I just rebuilt my ka , I got my oil but do I need to use an additive to break it in, and for how long. Its N/A and I have Mobile One oil.

I wouldn't go with an additive, after builds I just use cheaper conventional oil and change it out every couple days as well as just going very easy on the engine (NO redline or downshifts). For around 1000 miles Other than that just enjoy your new engine!!

Conventional Oil, 5W30 should do. Idle it for 10 minutes, change oil and filter.

Drive for 50-75 miles, do not keep the RPM's steady, make sure they're moving all over the place, obviously not the limiter.

Change Oil.

Drive for 300-500 miles with lots and lots of midrange pulls , so 3000-5456 RPMs and let it engine brake back down.

ok that confuses me cause i hear that the new oil now days have low to no zinc , and the break in from other place was let it idle for about 20 to 30 minutes, the drive about 500 mile.

Yea, don't buy any "emission" related oils, they have low zinc. They do have specific break in oils out there, I'm sure you'll find some from Google.

Well i try to get the car started and it wouldnt fire. I finally took the valve cover and #1 cylinder was up but the cam lobes where on the inside and the dizzy was in #1 position. So Im hopen i just got it out of time and no damage to the engine.
