Sorry for the long post, but I am worried somehting is not right.

I got my Kaaz 2-way in today and did the break-in procedure exactly as described in the manual and the clunking initially vanished. Once I got back to my driveway I changed the oil with another can of Kaaz fluid and went to drive the car again only to have the wild clunking return. After I did figure 8s again for another 30min the noise subsided only to come back later tonight when I went to the store.

I expected some clunking, but the ferocity of it leads me to believe something is wrong. For you guys with Kaaz LSDs is this normal or is my diff tearing itself to pieces? Please help me 240 gods .

fairly normal. It's alot louder than you expected isn't it lol. Clunking on the Kaaz is normal. If it wasn't...then I'd worry.

KAAZ's like to go clunk clunk clunk. Means it is working, haha.

KAAZ 1.5 way & Tanabe 2 way are quieter than the KAAZ 2 way.

Other than that, learn to live with it, hahaha.
