I was hesitant to reply since I dont have anything positive to add but there are alot of small things that are going to add up to one big P.I.T.A for you.

Why run a cobra MAF when you are converting to EMS? why not run a GM 3-bar map sensor? Alot of small things like that lead me to concur with alot of other people's posts in encouraging you to sit down rethink this a bit more before you go diving in.

No-one is arguing you can't or won't do anything, it's been proven time and time again given determination/ deep pockets/ lots of help anything can be done. We're just trying to be a voice of reason to suggest another way of going about achieving your goal in more reasonable and sensible fashon. It's your car and you're going to do with it as you please, I just dont understand why you are hell bent on using 2 turbos...

this thread is whack, can someone just tell this kid to quit wasting his time. i spent less than 2 grand on my turbo setup and make well over 300 whp . and if big numbers are your thing the key is plenty of head work and ecu tuning , twin turbos will just leave you sitting ther with a blown up car pulling your hair out. all youhave to do is read up on some high horsepower setups and you will see the light. being different isnt a bad thing, it just isnt always good. use theeee search button young grasshopper.

this thread is worthless...

have you ever even stood next to a car that has 500hp? 1000hp is a lot with a 6 cylinder tt.

on the internet i'm a 12 year old girl.

this thread should be deleted.

It's his pipe dream, don't waste my bandwidth with BS posts. If this guy wants two turbo's, then let him.

Thanks.

sorry i just got back online

i just moved and had to wait for comcast to hook **** up but yeah i dont see why you guys are so anti twin turbo

that doesnt make any sense to me yeah it might be less efficient but it will deff be different and it will sound crazy

i think i can make it work it was done on a damn b18 cheap as **** for christ sakes if i spend a decent amount on this setup and make sure it gets a hella good tune then i think a ka24ett will own i still havent decided on what turbo's to use yet but for the nitrous kit i found a 200hp direct port kit for 1100 from a friend

seriously though if a b18 can spool two small turbo's by 2600rpm and hold boost all the way to 8100rpm that is impressive and i know a 2.4l I4 > 1.8l peace of crap

Honda engines aren't peices of crap by the way.

it doesn't matter what we say. just do your twin turbo ka thing anyways, and do it right... then post up some pics, and results, maybe even a vid or two...

for your informationon an VW 1.8T a gt28rs will be spooled around 3.5k@14psi if i am correctso with .6 liter of displacement less you expect a lot -- maybee two small turbo such as KKK04 would do a better job -- remmember only 1.2l per turbo ...

in my opinion not worth the pain in the *** nor the cost...

jessus - do some research before posting such things...

Finally, I wasn't b.s.ing you man, and it wasn't my intent to be negative, I'm just trying to help you realize a truth in this. Sure it can be done, and that's cool, I'd love to see the end results, but plz don't get mad at ppl for saying stuff that you just didn't want to hear.

Good luck w/ the setup, post pics of progress and the such.
