KA24ET stupid high idle... Help!

Ok... My 240 will start up with no issues and idle fine at 850-900 RPMS.... Then when it is warmed up it jumps to 1750-2000 RPMS, as soon as I unplug the tps sensor it falls to 850-900 RPMS. I have a new MAF,TPS,IAC. Checked for vacume leaks.TPS is set at .5V @ idle.... Also I am tuning with AEM FIC and the O2 sensor is unpluged. If I plug in the patch harness and the O2 sensor the same high idle still happens...... :wtf2: PLEASE HELP!
