First off I just want to mention that i have a done a lot of researching and not have been successful. I bought a '92 shell that was also automatic. I have swapped a SOHC engine that i had before buying the shell. I also did a 5 speed swap. In addition my brother installed an alarm system to the car. Now to the issue: I try to start to the car and it won't. The starter won't even turn crank as if there was a dead battery. So obviously I narrowed it down to the starting system. In addition my brother and I had noticed that the 30 amp fuse link for the a/c in the passenger side engine fuse box continues to blow every time i turn the key to the start the car. So then that concludes that that there is a short somewhere. After studying the wire diagram for the starting system and for the fuse box, i do not see how these two problems can be related. Yet I do think the car not starting and the fuse link continuously popping are some how related. Any info will be greatly appreciated. I need to get back on the road.
