ka24e weird cut out

ok i got a 90 hatch drives perfectly fine except for when i try to rev high sumtimes it doesnt go past 5k it feel like it cuts out,im not sure wat it could be i know its not a copression issue bcuz it does it every ounce in a while or could it be the ECU help me out

What do you mean by "cuts out"? Does the engine die or does it feel boggy?

If it cuts out completely you could have a bad TPS or MAF?

it'll go to redline then boooooooooog down to 3 or 4k and pull again wierd?

yeah i got it scanned and it said the speed sensor circut is fualty?
