KA24E Valve cover damage - solvent

Hi!,

I had my valve cover from my 2.4L Nissan D21 soaking in solvent and I was concerned that one of the rubber seals inside is compromised. I have attached some photos, now I am just wondering is this okay to use...

That is just a baffle plate and shouldn't hurt the V/C itself.
