Im in the process of turboing my ka24e (sohc), All thats left are a few technical questions. (1990 240sx hatch)

Will my stock map sensor work for 7psi, or is it a must to go to the Z32?

If I install my walbro 255 and an Apexi SAFC, do I need an fpr or bigger injectors still?

Is it better to mount my bov (tial50mm) on the hot side or cold side?

Is it necessary to have a wideband to correctly tune? Here is my parts list, if there is anything missing, please let me know, ive been slowly adding this up and I wanna make sure I have everything to do this, and not have to order sumthing in and not have my ride for a month.

Sorry this question is so long and nitty gritty, I just want help from the ppl who know.

Anythings aprecciated, thanks alot

you dont have a map sensor you have a maf and yes change it.

go with a fpr and stock injectors

cold side

yes on the wideband ,stupid if you dont

good luck with it take it slow at first then work up to the boost you want. How many miles on your motor?

wait so use the walbro and apexi, keep the stock injectors and just get an fpr? i had a friend tell me to buy sr20 injectors... If i dont have to then good. My motor has 150,000 miles on it, all stock.

Well...at 7psi I'd still suggest getting higher flow injectors. 370cc should keep you safe. You don't ever want to lean out on a turbo.

No need for the z32 mafs yet, you're simply not putting down enough to justify a need for this part yet. The stock mafs will carry you to a decent amount on the t25. When you start going beyond the t25, is when you'll want to upgrade the injectors further and the mafs.

The other stuff seems to be a good stuff, although the t25 you're getting is externally wastegated?

Yea, i actually recently traded that for a mitsu 16g (small) just for the reason that when i made my headers i didnt plot out an external gate. So that issue is settled. I can get 4 sr20 injectors for 80 bucks. So should i just get them for sure? and thanks for the maf help it'll save me a buck.

If you can get the 370's for only 80 bucks, why not? make sure they're 370 though.
