i have a 94 convt. of coarse its AT. i have everything for the manual swap but trany. a friend of mine has a tranny its from a ka24e and hes gonna give it to me for free but can i use it for the manual swap. is there a big difference in the gears and all that

basically twin cam engine w/ a single cam trans

yes, that is my format exactly. a '90 ka24d 5spd in a '93 ka24de convertible

did u just use the twin cam auto ECU and harness?

yup. there are 2 places where you have to create a circuit to fool the ecu into thinking the car is in park so that the top will go up/down. everything else just wires up.
