ka24e to ka24de transmission, additional electrical plug problem

i got a full DE swap and i pulled out the crappy old E and i realized that the ka24E transmission only has 3 electical plugs and where the ka24DE has 4 plugs, what should i do about that?

Don't worry about it.

you only need the one closest to the motor

its for the reverse lights

you will also need the speed sensor from the KAE so the gauge cluster reads correctly

(thats the one that goes into the bottom of the trans, with the wire you remove it with a ten mm wrench)

im sure you couldve found this with a little bit of searching

i probably coulda but i suck at searching, and you helped me out so thank you and it might be alil problematic about removing that thing for the E transmission seeing as the plug wouldnt come off so i just cut the wires

its not the plug you cut

its that piece that is below the futherest circle you drew on the E picture

its a notch that sticks out and then has a wire

take the bolt out

it slides out

search for speed sensor if you need a visual
