The SOHC motor in my 90' 240 h/b is close to its death bed. I have a chance to buy a KA24DE out of a wrecked 95' for $1000 and it only has 50k on it. How easy is the swap and is it worth it. I want a CA18det but dont have the cash.:(

Its just like a SR or CA swap. : ) Its easy just make sure you get the entire engine, ac, power steering, wiring harness, ecu, and dash cluster. Enjoy your day!

Hey how about a ka out of a '97 ready to install with tranny and ecu for 1200? Only 38k miles on it.

Hey Daunttless I'll need my A/C and power steering wont I?

Oh well may not be able to help

Sounds like a hell of a deal QuickFlow. But the my main concern now is if you can ship all the way up to Maine and for how much.the ac and power steering are not big loss to me cause I dont use either one now.

we can probably get it to you for around 200.

If you are serious about this let me know something.

I will be pulling the motor whenever I get my sr. This will be in a couple of weeks.
